I’ve owned my 15-needle Happy Japan embroidery machine for about a year and a half and my experience has been excellent. Within the first year, the motherboard went out due to a manufacturing issue, but it was replaced under warranty with no hassle. A technician came to my home and installed the new motherboard, and the repair took less than 15 minutes. Both the sales team and the technicians have been wonderful to work with. Communication has always been clear and helpful from the very beginning through the service process. I’m also very glad I purchased locally in California since there are technicians nearby if service is ever needed. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them.

I bought my HCS3 12 needle machine from this location and it was delivered and set up at my house, with training on how to use it. Love this machine! Stitch quality is amazing. Customer service is excellent. They always answer or call you back to answer your questions. Francisco is always there to help when I call. And he knows what he is talking about.
